CONNECTED PERSONAL COACHING FROM ASENSEI
Put a team of world class coaches around you, adjusting your programming and coaching your technique and form, using the equipment you already own and our own motion capture (app)arel (included as part of your initial 6-month subscription).
You'll share a training journal with 3 world-class coaches, in rowing, strength and conditioning and mobility. Each month, you'll have the chance to share video of 2 of your training sessions with any of the coaches you choose. You'll receive detailed feedback on your technique and form. Our coaches will recommend exercises and drills to improve your technique, and recommend programs and adjustments to your training for the weeks ahead.
After your 3rd month, you'll receive your first set of (app)arel from asensei (worth $399) that will allow our coaches to be in your ear 24/7 to guide and track your practice, and give you real-time feedback on the coaching you've received so far.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Your own set of custom made (app)arel (worth $399) will ship no later than month 3 of your subscription. Shipping is included.
2 video feedback sessions (you submit video through the asensei app for our coaches to review and respond) a month with any coach you choose. Use both your sessions for rowing one month and TRX the next, or choose to work with 2 coaches a month. It's up to you!
A training journal where you upload your video coaching and received detailed written, audio and feedback from our coaches, and ask specific questions.
ALL THE PROGRAMMING YOU NEED
INDOOR ROWING:Access to all the asensei rowing programs (WORTH $21.97 A MONTH) from coaches including Eric Murray, Shane Farmer (Dark Horse Rowing) and Johan Quie.
MOBILITY AND STRENGTH: Take a mobility screen with Dr Jena Gatses and receive detailed feedback on how you can improve your range of motion, stability, balance and stability. You'll be given tailored programming using bodyweight exercises, exercise bands and Kettlebells (tailored to the equipment you have) so that you gain functional strength and can stay injury free. As Coach Frankel says, "The best ability, is availability".
STRENGTH TRAINING AND TRX: We've worked with former Head of Education at TRX, Dr Chris Frankel, and Master TRX Instructor Justin Russ, to develop the ASENSEI 8, a program of exercises on the TRX Suspension trainer that will give you the functional strength you need for core strength, power and endurance.
